Nordic Capital Funds V and VI together "Nordic Capital" announce that they have completed the sale of their North American Tubes operations, the final remaining operating units of Luvata Group, "Luvata" , provider in metal solutions manufacturing and related engineering services.

Nordic Capital acquired Luvata in from Outokumpu Oyj, and the Group has evolved from a fabrication-based business to a solutions-driven company, earning leadership positions in many of the industries it serves today.

Dirk is married and lives in Ohio and has four grown children. He enjoys the frustrations of golfing and has a cat. Michael Nordgren has roughly 35 years' experience in the metals industry. He has worked in Finland, USA, Singapore and Malaysia in various sales and general management positions, with over half of his career living outside of his home country of Finland.

He was subsequently charged with starting the commercial operation in Malaysia. He is married with two adult children and enjoys motorcycle touring and golf.

John and his family moved to Appleton, Wisconsin in the summer of where he became President of Luvata Appleton. He enjoys all sports and fitness.

Jyrki Rantanen has some 20 years of experience with Luvata, previously Outokumpu. Jyrki has an M. Sc in Economics, specializing in Quantitative Business Analysis from the University of Vaasa and he has completed several supplementary management and leadership courses, including the Luvata Leadership Program. Outside of work Jyrki spends time with his two daughters and is an enthusiastic karate practitioner.

Jyrki currently lives in Pori, Finland. Yasunobu Suzuki joined Mitsubishi Metals Corp. MMC , in He started his business career as a copper ore procurement representative at the Onahama Smelting and Refinery in Japan. Suzuki has experience in various roles during his year career with MMC, such as corporate strategy, Indonesian copper smelter project, copper ore procurement and copper marketing.

He lives in Chiba, Japan with his family. Norikazu Ishida joined Mitsubishi Metals Corp. He moved to Onahama Smelting and Refining Co.

Since , he has served in the technology department of the copper and copper alloy division. Ishida enjoys playing baseball as well as coaching kids in the community. Hideki Hayashi joined Mitsubishi Materials Corporation in , and he has more than 24 years' experience in copper, precious metals and the copper alloy business.

He started his business career as a copper ore procurement representative at the Naoshima smelting and refinery in Japan. For the past 10 years, he has mainly been involved in merger and acquisitions in the copper fabrication industry.

He is married and has two sons. Hisashi Ide joined Mitsubishi Materials Corporation in , and has since worked for the company mainly in its corporate functions, such as legal and compliance, corporate governance, corporate strategy, and most recently HR.
