I've had mine since may and taking them out next month. I had my done twice, and absolutely love them. Everytime I get them I got the same question, "How long have you been growing your locs? But I had mines in for 3 months, I could have gone longer but I was scared that my hair might lock up for real. But after I took them down, I realized that my hair wasnt as bad as I thought.

I sprayed apple cider vinegar and water where I had build up on my hair and my hair detangled easily. Also my hair grew so much while it was braided I grew two inches in three months!!!
